Complete Liquor License Application. Send Original to: The Minnesota Chippewa Tribe, Attn: Jane Rea Bruce, PO Box 217, Cass Lake, MN 56633.

Submit a copy of the application to the Tribal Council of the reservation where the establishment is to be located for approval at their Tribal Council Meeting.

3.
|
When approved, have a copy of the minutes showing approval sent to the Minnesota Chippewa Tribe.
|

4.
|
Once the MCT has the application and Tribal Council approval the application will be presented at the next regular TEC Meeting.
|
|
5.
|
Obtain Liquor Liability Insurance in accordance with State Liquor Laws.
|
|
6.
|
Submit proof of insurance along with an Application for Buyers Card to Jane Rea Bruce at the MCT.
|
|
7.
|
The State will issue a Buyers Card and The Minnesota Chippewa Tribe will issue the Liquor License.
|
|
8.
|
Pay license fees to The Minnesota Chippewa Tribe for liquor license.
|
|
9.
|
Start selling Liquor.
